Shipping Policy

• Shipping charges will apply to all orders, and will be calculated on checkout based on weight and location
• For non-domestic shipments, Incoterms will be CPT - the receiver will be required to provide customs clearance instructions and pay for any relevant local duties and taxes
• Only standard shipping services are available
• For loss or damage in transit - unless agreed in writing to the contrary, seller will not be responsible for any damage to or loss to the goods during transit (including loading and off-loading). If Tracerco are responsible for goods during transit, the company must notify Tracerco of any damage or loss immediately and in any event within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery.
• The seller should be informed within seven (7) calendar days of the date of the advice or despatch note, or within fourteen calendar days on the receipt of the airway bill when carriage is by aircraft, if goods are not received.
